Within the broader context of modern Project Management, the area of project control remains lacking in development. That is, for many organisations, the problem with how project control is currently performed is that there remains a reliance on legacy methodologies developed during the sixties.
For many organisations their projects continue to be controlled using disparate single dimensional systems in which little or no project control system integration occurs. For these organisations suitable turn-key integrated project control systems just don’t exist, or within the solutions that are “out there”, the costs to business for implementing them is just not feasible. Through out the process you will be able to get involved, providing feedback and requesting changes, evolving the solution to meet your business needs.
